I take responsibility for that, and I believe the fair thing to do is to give you a clear choice. At the end of the day, explanations can only go so far. If you are genuinely unhappy with our service, I understand that you may prefer to move elsewhere rather than continue with a provider you are no longer comfortable with. So instead of only giving explanations, I also want to provide a practical solution. If you currently have an India VPS with us and no longer wish to continue, you may choose to exit our service. Upon request, we will refund the remaining unused days of your current service period. You are then free to move to any other provider you feel more comfortable with and trust. We do not want anyone to feel forced to stay with us. If you are happy to continue, we appreciate your trust and support.
