运营调整公告

近期我们对部分产品定价、流量功能及产品规划进行了调整，现简要说明：

部分入门套餐因硬件成本变化小幅上调 1 CAD，部分高配及大流量套餐也根据实际网络成本重新定价。新价格仅适用于新购，或主动更改付款周期、配置的客户；现有客户保持原付款周期续费，原续费价格不变。

原 “流量重置” 功能已下线，由流量包取代。流量包价格按各地区实际成本核算，为目前可持续提供的最低价格；默认无失效日期，用完即止。

产品调整：
• GTT 中国优化：停止常规大规模补货，仅可能少量释放剩余库存。此调整仅影响未来库存，现有 GTT 服务、续费、维护及活动资格均不受影响，也没有收回 IP 或停服计划。新购中国优化产品可优先选择 NTT。
• CG 国际带宽：预计下周为现有及新开客户免费升级带宽，500 Mbps → 1 Gbps，1 Gbps → 2 Gbps，流量包价格保持不变。
• Cox 国际带宽：短期内暂无大规模补货计划，仅可能少量释放库存；我们正在与 AT&T 等 ISP 洽谈定位及价格接近的新产品。

另外，中国国庆期间计划推出年付优惠，并预计于 Black Friday 再次返场。

Operations Update

We have recently adjusted selected pricing, traffic options, and product planning.

Some entry-level plans have increased by CAD 1 due to hardware costs, while selected higher-tier plans have been repriced based on actual network costs. New pricing applies only to new orders or customers who voluntarily change billing cycles or configurations. Existing customers keeping their current billing cycle will retain their existing renewal price.

The previous traffic reset feature has been replaced by traffic add-ons. Pricing is based on actual regional costs and represents the lowest sustainable level we can currently offer. Add-ons do not expire by default and remain available until fully used.

Product updates:
• LAX-CUPG: Regular large-scale GTT restocks will stop, with only limited remaining inventory occasionally available. Existing GTT services, renewals, support, promotions, and IPs are unaffected. NTT may be the more readily available option for new China-optimized orders.
• LAX-BGP: Existing and new customers are expected to receive a free bandwidth upgrade next week: 500 Mbps → 1 Gbps and 1 Gbps → 2 Gbps. Traffic add-on pricing remains unchanged.
• LAS-Cox: No large-scale restock is planned in the short term. Limited inventory may occasionally be released, while we continue discussions with ISPs including AT&T for similarly positioned alternatives.

Annual-plan promotions are planned for China's National Day period and are expected to return for Black Friday.
